Enhanced Monitoring with New Alarms 🔔

Streamline your monitoring with Global and Tenant-specific alarms delivered directly to your AWS account. Tailor your experience by selecting which Tenant-specific alarms to receive and seamlessly integrate them into your workflows for futher actions.

Totogi CaaS has introduced two categories of alarms to optimize monitoring. “All Tenant” Alarms address issues that affect all tenants within a region, safeguarding against the unavailability of crucial components like the Diameter Adaptor, GraphQL API or Plan Design. On the other hand, “Tenant Specific” Alarms cater to individual tenant concerns, flagging events such as unknown subscribers, stale sessions or missing plans.

While “All Tenant” alarms will always be streamed, tenants have the flexibility to opt-in for “Tenant Specific” alarm notifications, configurable via the Plan Design interface.

Alarms will directly be streamed into your AWS Event Bridge as configured in Plan Design.
